Possibly true but I don't see Dan using religion as a recruiting tool either. I don't know Hugh personally and honestly when I first saw that he preaches at local churches etc. that it was a great thing but it is more detrimental to the Christian faith and mission that he does these things in public and lets everyone know how strong he is in his faith and then turns a blind eye to his players and their drug use etc. . You can't have it both ways. He chooses to put himself and his faith in the public arena and that comes with responsibilities that he now has to uphold. I am not saying that he is faking his Faith to benefit himself but I am saying that if he is going to share his testimony etc in public that comes with responsibilities. Otherwise non believers will look at it and say he professes his faith and then turns and allows players to do this and that. Again, not saying he is not strong in his faith and is truthful when he does what he does but if so he needs to be more careful of how that can be perceived by non believers.

He lets them live there lives because they have the right to but a coach can only do so much. He does talk about his faith with recruits because it is who he is but they don't have to be about that. Maybe I learned a different Christianity but the teachings I got is to be with people that need you and don't force them to change but try to help them. I know this is rant and people use anything to judge others but the ones that talk about being a Christian and then turn around to judge the way Freeze handles his faith off assumptions are a interesting way of being Christians. To each their own so it's not me to judge it but it's interesting to me.
