chocolate gravy is good. That said I'm a weird arkansoutherner evidently- we did not eat it growing up in my house and we drank unsweetened tea. GASP. This thread is making me hungry. I didn't see poke salat mentioned (which is another green that I think grows wild) with eggs is delicious.

Never heard of chocolate gravy. what do you put it on? Ice cream? Is this what rednecks call Hershey's syrup?

It is very good. I didn't realize that is was just an Arkansas thing but I guess that's the only place I've had it. Ate it every morning growing up when I spent basically the whole Summer and most of December in north Arkansas
