I just explained that. Because now everyone in America (not just the people who follow college football) know about Tunsil cheating and admitting doing so.
It's comparable to PSU in terms of public scrutiny on NCAA.

So the penalty should be off of if it is public knowledge and not the actual infraction? To say PSU penalty is a comparison makes no since just off them being public knowledge.
