I don't know how Texas works, but I doubt he would go to a full PMITA prison for a misdemeanor. More likely, he would get a few months in the county jail.

A few months in county might be exactly what he needs. No parties, no girls, no booze, limited to no access to drugs, no spotlight, and someone other that Johnny deciding what he will do and when he will do it.

more than likely, this charge is reduced to a misdemeanor, and Manziel doesn't spend a day in jail.
