WG... this is NCAA related. You don't try to understand it. Hell you avoid any attempt to understand it.
The NCAA is the path to madness. When Nietzsche was talking about not staring into the abyss least it stare back at you he was having a vision of the NCAA rules.
USCe should just nod, agree with the NCAA, and then hire Lattimore to some other position in the Athletic Department.

This basicly changes nothing other than him "not officialy on the staff"
Im sure SC can pay him to give speeches etc but he doesnt want a coaching job. SC cant have him on staff unless he drops the other activities that would be recruiting violations and unfair advantages ( camps etc. )
