I'd say that both Freeze and Jones adopted, at best, equal dumpster fires. I mean, Ole Miss went 2-10 Nutt's last year. Tennessee was a four overtime field goal loss vs. Mizzou away from going to a bowl game Dooley's last year.

I'd put Freeze ahead right now due to number of signature wins and what he's been able to do in the West vs. the East.

This is a huge year for Butch - I'm not going to knock the guy he deserves the jury to be out because every coach, if they can show a pulse, should get at least a four year cycle to be judged. The four week stretch of Florida, at Georgia, at A&M and Alabama will tell the tale.

Personally, I've got the over/under at 10 games regular season. Hard to call nine wins a disappointment for anybody not Alabama or Ohio State, but I think that's where Butch is.
