There have only been two national champions in the history of CFB...tOSU and Bama. All those other ways of deciding champions don't count anymore.

Is that the way we do it?

Only the BCS and CFP should count.

BCS & CFP titles:

1. Alabama - 4
2. Florida, Florida St., LSU, Ohio State - 2
3. Auburn, Texas, Miami, Oklahoma, Tennessee - 1*

(*USC also had 1, but stripped.)

So, Bama has twice as many as the next tier.
