Nick Marshall was not an incredible quarterback. He could run the ball well, but passing was never a strong suit for him. Go watch the first drive of the 2013 National Championship game - missed a wide open Ricardo Louis on a pass that would have gone for a touchdown. Could have been the difference in the game as FSU only won by 3.
