How about your rebuttal concerning Tennessee retroactively awarding itself national championships for the same reasons Alabama did?
Tennessee has a mere 2 consensus national championships (1951 and 1998) and yet they claim 6 national titles. Why is that?
For the supposed second best program in the history of the conference your program sure does a lot of reaching to claim national titles in the poll era that it clearly did not earn.
