Are one of these rumored transfer guys gonna come in to be third string or worse? Saban keeps Alabama in the championship hunt every year in large part because he has many contingency plans. Sure Bo might be able to carry the ball 20 time a game. Sure it might click for Harris. Sure Emmons might qualify. Of course all three of those could go the other way too. There are a ton of ifs right now at the RB position. It makes perfect sense to get another option that has played significant college ball already.
