Exactly. The rule serves a purpose.
The fine is just another example of NCAA bullshite MO: We will use the exorbitant fines we collect from you to fund our major and costly investigations of your minor bullshite infractions, to which you will be further fined along with scholly reductions. We just can't have players and decent human beings like AJ Green selling his jersey for a little extra spending money, oh hell no. We gonna investigate the shite outta that. Then we gonna suspend the shite outta him and fine the shite outta them.
But funding hookers, drugs, and abortions??? NCAA gonna let that ride.
NCAA is the Roger Goodell of CFB.
