If you have a good coach, you can get a 3rd round grade as a JR, and improve to a 1st round grade as a SR. That will make you a lot more money.

In Jackson's case, he's still new to being a safety. He started out as a corner for us, IIRC.

If they can improve the intangibles then they need to stay or if they are not NFL material then stay.

Ragland was a 2nd rounder last year, came back and probably got himself an extra 10-15 million by doing so. You only go if you're a first rounder or if you can't improve stock any more. That's not the case for most juniors.
