Their boosters don't punish the coach by cutting off recruiting resources. Ours do.

Again look at this objectively, in terms off overall perception, where would you go if you had no real ties to either school? Don't get me wrong I'm an Ag through and through but even I have to admit the Texas job carries more weight right now. Maybe in the future that will change but that's not a given either.
