Waldrop and Redmond end careers due to medical hardship

Cody has had several injuries the past couple years and will actually be able to graduate in May. This gives a hit to our OL depth as he was going to be one of the guys returning next year with starting experience. I was thinking he was going to start at one of the Guard spots.
Conner Redmond was a RS Fr this season and had a nasty back injury this summer that forced him to RS. We're putting him on Med RS, so he'll actually get to keep his scholarship, finish his degree, but his playing days are over.

Connor's dad is one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet. He has become all about the Gamecocks (even more than most parents) and would sleep on ppls couches at the beginning of the season just to be here for games. I know both he and Connor have to be extremely sad about this and I hate it for them both. But...they'll find out that "Once a Gamecock, always a Gamecock" is not just talk at USC..it's the Carolina way.
