I think our talent may be over rated. Certainly this year is no indication that we have a bench full of talent waiting on a new coach.
I think Kirby will need a few years to really show a difference.

Agree with this if for no other reason than we don't have an experienced QB. Eason, assuming he comes, might be the exception but most Freshmen QB's have some significant growing pains. Plus, with Malcolm Mitchell leaving, I don't see a lot of potential on the receiving end other than Godwin. Hopefully Blazevich gets more receptions. We should be OK on defense with Smart's influence.
