Miles situation isn't a few game decision. It has a lot to do with the shite he pulled in 2013 to get an extension and raise. It has a lot to do with being given a blank check for assistants making them the highest paid for a couple of years and not returning on that investment. His decision to not allow these expenses to do their jobs to the best of their ability set up this situation.
