I had heard that they were going to do that but he kept telling them it was unnecessary. I'm glad they are going to do it.
And I should add something else about having all those locker room, weight room, coaches offices, etc., over there across the street away from the stadium.
1 - it frees-up more space within the stadium and it'll all be turned into a real show place for visits, game day production, etc.
2 - maybe more important is to separate the game day venue from the practice venue in the minds of the players. Make going-into the stadium more of a special, game day experience, for the players. It fosters a different mindset, makes it more important come game day.
