Hey Rooster,
Any idea of when we can expect to see renderings of what to expect? Or are we months away from that point?
Did we even hire an architectural firm yet? Is the project completely approved?

Well ... first, the whole Herman thing really worked in our favor with regard to the BOTs. They got this approved months ahead of schedule, and it'll pay dividends.
There are some artist sketches, renditions, that surfaced from around the time the initial indoor practice facility drawings were done.
Everything that had to do with the new IPF also took into account this eventual happening, with regard to the new offices, locker rooms, etc.
The funding is approved. The project itself still has to go through a few more phases with the most important one being put out to bid. That's looking like a good year away from now, after next season. So we should begin to see drawings by June if we are lucky ... have them approved by September maybe. Put out to bid by December and construction begins by January 2017 if everything goes well.
