So, as it stands now ... most of the last phase will take place over around the Indoor Practice Facility. That will be where a lot of the next construction takes place and will serve as the general operations area for most football related activities by the staff and players in coming years.
The stadium will be strictly for game-day activities and in-game, half time, meetings, etc.
The players' lounge is going to be a palace along with the locker rooms of course - but they will not be together like they are now. There is going to be some separation between practice environments and game day environments for a reason.
