I guess it's a matter of perspective, and also coach vacancies. Both schools should have some built in advantages though being in the SEC.

USC west is obviously better than both, and then you have the next tier where I would put both Mizzou and Scar at. I just think both schools should be able to attract very good coaches being in the SEC.

I do think Scar right now may be the better destination with the leadership uncertainty at Mizzou.

No. There are 14 schools in the SEC.

The South Carolina job is 18th in the conference behind Clemson, GT, Tulane, FSU, and Sewanee.

Therefore, impossible to be a top-125 job.
