I had this experience in Iraq 2005 with some security contractors from Uganda . They were very adamant about not working with the black soldiers . I never knew this was an issue between Them and it actually surprised me a good bit. It got pretty heated with the racial slurs being tossed around . Not saying they all feel this way but the ones we interacted with were of this mindset.

Blacks aren't Liberal they are actually very conservative... it's just that a large percentage of US are democrats because the Republican party is justice a party of old racist white men... We have conservative views on almost all issues.. lots of Black folks hate it that they are tied to a gay marriage party...
What the OP said is pretty true... most Africans are told to stay away from african americans by parents and advisers. But when Blacks travel to Africa they are greeted with open arms.... if you look at the propaganda of the media and how Blacks from the US are shown all over the world, you would want your kids to stay far a way from Black people as well. Most people hate ghetto blacks just like they hate red neck trailer park whites...
