Chavis didn't organize the board or help in recruiting. It's why we have no depth right now except in the secondary.

He isn't responsible for 2011. LSU had a great offense that season against everyone but Alabama and Mathieu was a wrecking machine.

3rd and Chavis will rear its ugly head eventually

It's been stated tons that chavis wants a ball-control offense that doesn't turn the ball over. 2013's defense was so bad that they had to sling it around all game to be successful

Thanks

If 3rd and Chavis eventually happens, it will be the first 4th quarter TD we've allowed in sec play.

Chavis kills offenses though.
Crazy to me that Chavis gets no credit for how Mathieu played when it was a lot about scheme and where Chavis had him on the field.

The sun will burn itself out eventually, and isn't an incorrect statement either. But talking about it before it happens is pretty pointless, and doesn't have any bearing on what is CURRENTLY happening.

Thank goodness we have moved to a read-option offense and have a QB that doesn't turn the ball over.

Thanks.
