We played in a national title game

Went 12-0 and the best regular season in college football history.

You finished #2 in 2011 and UGA finished #2 in 2012. In 07 you were 6-2 in conference play with losses to Arky and Kentucky. UGA was 6- 2 as well. The chips fell your way and a UT team that was blown out several times that year got to rep the East. Georgia obviously was the best team from the east, but did not make the game. You did finish #1 after beating OSU, but Georgia finished #2. Not very much separation between the two programs.

3 sec titles 3 natty appearances since 2003. 2 nattys. Uga one sec title don't remember when?? If Lsu makes it this year it would continue a natty appearance every 4 years since 2003. Uga not even close. Plus miles record vs ranked teams blows Richt out of the water. I still believe Richt csn win them one though. Unless he's ready to go.
