LSU is assuming we will cheat a safety, that has yet to happen or be proven. Our base package will tell the tale. If we do well enough we will play two high safeties all night. IMO a lot is being driven by this so called fact. If LSU OL beats our front 7 then the answer is clear but to assume you automatically beat one of the best front 7's in CFB is absurd. If we can jam up the middle and slow down LF that could even this out nicely. Let's wait and see.

Its just as absurd to assume one of the best o-lines and running backs in college football is just going to get shut down.

No it isn't, because LSU's run game is built on shifting blockers so that we have every defender blocked at the point of attack. That means we don't necessarily block the entire front seven, but we will have one more guy than you in the hole while you have a defender out of position.
