and here is the problem, thinks he knows something, give opinion, is wrong. Flag changed in 1894. Sure a state can change it's flag, but students at a state university vote not to display the official flag of the state based on their feelings, maybe they should vote to deny all state funding in protest?

Maybe the students just want to be able to recruit nationally and make their football program relevant again.

It's time for Mississippi to let it go and change their state flag anyway. After all, anyone who died fighting for the confederate flag is dead by now.

Why should the vote of a University that is primarily made up of out of state spoiled brats have a say in the flag of Mississippi. It's bad enough some of my tax dollars go to them, now they get to vote that counts?
