So a kid, college aged it appears, is working on an ESPN game crew on one of the easiest jobs available on the crew. He's likely on his phone tweeting and texting for much of the night and has his phone in hand when the action comes his way. He records it b/c A) it's cool to him to be that close to the field, B) he wants to send it to his friends and because of both A & B (it was a friend he sent it to that put it on twitter) now he's a "spy".

If he was a "spy" he wouldn't have sent the video to anyone. He's a $35-50 per game sideline mic holder. Give the guy a break.
