he's 70...he's really old. south Carolina moved up in the world under spurrier. they should be kissing his furry bean bag as he walks away.

Well how old was he at the beginning of the season? he knew his age... if they were undefeated right now would he still be quitting bc of his age? come on man... i know he is old but so does he.... he's taking the cowards way out and apparently you and him have the same cowardice mind set.

The man hated to lose....and knew he likely might only win 1 more this year. I think he checked out a few years ago and the players know it to and have quit on him.... He should have quit a year or so back but since he did not he should have took what he had coming....and not quit mid year. He is a legend either way...
