dudes a walking talking, living legend, imagine the difficulty of being the person (his boss) of having to have the conversation concerning "an imminent resignation at the end of the season".

There are certainly two sides to this coin, on the one had you have a living legend coach that's done more for your program than anyone by the longest shot and on the other you'ed like to try and ramp off of that before the decline continues much further.
