What's the most important qualification for next coach?

Ideally you have a coach who is good at every aspect, but I was just wondering what you guys feel is the most important thing for the next coach to have. Does he need to be a great x and o's guy, a great recruiter, a disciplinarian, great motivational coach, etc?
Personally, I want a coach that is organized and has a solid plan in place as far as schemes, recruiting, and is a hard worker. I don't need a big name like Gruden, I don't need a cheerleader like Dabo, and I don't a good christain man like Richt. I'm really hoping the next coach is younger, hungry, and one who doesn't let our past limit our future. I want a coach that wants to prove you can compete with the Georgia's and Alabama's on the field and in recruiting. Feels like an off season topic, but it's our off season right?

Can 'balanced' be a qualification?
If not, it needs to be a great leader.
IMO, the 3 most important things in the next HC are:
1. Leadership - Ability to recruit and develop the best Asst Coaches.
2. Understanding of X's aand O's, - Solid track record with play calling and understanding of the game.
3. Recruiting - Someone with swagger and the gift of gab who can win over recruits on their in home visits, UV's and OV's. Someone who understands all the NCAA infractions and how to maximize the secondary violation allowances. Someone who understands recruiting is a 365 day deal.
If not, it needs to be a great leader.
