if Mizzou knocks off the dawgs and hands Ricth another home field loss

The ONLY way I see this happening is if our DL can contain Chubb and force Mason to throw more than they want, we win the turnover battle, Hans is 100% by then, and Lock is on fire. Sorry, I just don't like this match-up for us. And I think Georgia is way better than they played last weekend. Games in the rain are throwaways when it comes to judging a team.

I have no delusions that this isn't a huge uphill battle for us but Saban showed the blueprint, if you can completely blow up the Dawgs blocking scheme their offense becomes far less formidable. There is no doubt Odom sees this, but the point is, Harris, Augusta, Beckner, Brady, those guys are capable of doing exactly what is needed of them. We need them to all come out and have their career games, but they are all capable of doing exactly that, we have yet to see the top end of any of these kids.

At that point you have the offense (FL or GA) forced into short game, and then it's a matter of the LBs and Safteys coming up and "laying wood" as we used to call it. This is also seemingly in Odoms 'wheelhouse of knowledge' so to speak. Not trying to get you over optimistic, SEMO, just saying don't be surprised if, now that the O is not dumping on the team w/ one bad series after another, these games don't wind up being far more winnable than we would have predicted after the first 4 games of the year.
