I wouldn't say fire trucks manually transporting water across the city to hospitals means "they're fine." the governor of south carolina literally made a statement like two hours ago that the danger is not over yet, regardless of the fact that the rain is backing off

Ugh. Fine for the short term. They will be fine in the long term once the water gets fixed.

The big issue right now is fixing the breach in the canal because that could impact the water supply if the water levels drop before its fixed.
