I'm not scrolling through this whole mess, and from what I saw most of it looks like nonsense. But I'm gonna tell you a little story and give you some honest advice.

Many years ago, I fell in love with my upstairs neighbor. We talked about getting married and then she broke my heart. Honest to god, it was a living hell there for a little while until I could find a new place.

I'm married now and out of the dating scene. But if I were ever back in it, I wouldn't hesitate to date another neighbor. Life is too short to not take chances (in love or anything else).

Have you ever read the sports columnist Joe Posnanski? Guy is probably the best in the business. He married his neighbor. Sometimes that shite just works out.

Also: The only way to get a girl is to play it cool. It was true in "Dazed and Confused" and it's true today. Good luck.
