This is how far Chimp dragged us into the toilet

For the first time since I was able to understand football (I was born in 1980) that I honestly expected UK to be the favorites. Kentucky fans on all boards are predicting 42-17 type scores, as are some writers and what not. What the frick, man? The team understood what time it was when Mac went off and will come out to kick some arse! Oh, and Chimp has already wafted his stench onto Auburn's offense, a pox on their house I say.

Any Kentucky fan predicting that score is a down right moron. UK has no chance of beating us that badly. They aren't that good, and we aren't nearly that bad. Only team I'd be remotely worried about putting that score on us is Ole Miss. No one else has the offense for it on our schedule.

Our defense should hold them to under 100 yds rushing...if we get 150 yds on the ground...we win pure and simple as long as we dont play charityball. Running the ball is going to be the deciding factor and both teams will try to establish strength in the trenches. Can we get our trio of RBs loose for 150+ yds? This is why I favor Treon...his 15-25 yds rushing would go a long ways towards a W.
The good news is that our DL and run defense has been very stout. If our defense plays in their backfield, then we win going away. They are going to crowd the OL and do their best to stop us from running...which I think they will for 2 qts and then the steam runs out.
Bullard, Ivie, Brantley, Cox, Bryan, MacCallister, Sherit (hope he is ok) will be counted on to shut down running game. Expect UK to throw a lot to wear down the defense and keep crowd into game.
USC was able to shut down most of the UK offense late third/fourth qt and they pressured Towles....but UK had house money with 24-7 lead and USC couldnt quite get back. USC had good chance to go to OT when they scored late TD and went for two points to tie game with Pharoh as wildcat runner....he was stopped short and fumbled at goaline...UK ran back the fumble for two points to make it a four point game instead of two points. Took USC out of FG points to win it.

Remove Sherit from that list please. His play time is questionable he is very, very average. You forgot Davis, who is a stud vs the run game. Ivey, Brantley, and Davis will be the key run stoppers for this team. As well as Morrison when he gets healthy and CeCe as he gets more play time. Alex Mac hasn't done anything, and Sherit is average. Bryan should get far more play time and CeCe as well. They blow up the lineman they've faced while Sherit gets pushed back constantly.

Duhhhh read again and I was listing DL players...of course Davis is great at run support...he is one of my favorite players...he was forced into action as true frosh against Ga Southern along with a walk on LB...no one remembers that and only remember the outcome, third string QB, depleted DL and team for that matter. We only had 53 scholarship players fly to USC game in 2013 game...but somehow its always the coaches fault, very convenient but folks dont obviously follow the game of football at UF (dont mean you necessarily bait...dont get paranoid) closely. 2013 wasnt coaching. 2014? Different.
