After watching the game again. I feel better about the DL, mainly because they were getting absolutely MAULED by the NMSU Oline!!!
How was none of that called? I mean they were practically getting tackled out there. I guess maybe the refs felst sorry for NMSU and wanted them to have more of a chance.
Anyway I'm not one to complain too much about officiating, but it that was a close game against an SEC foe I would be absolutely losing my mind watching that.

Bullard was getting held every other play from what I saw.

Bullard and Ivey will be the best 1-2 DT punch in the SEC this year(I always consider Bullard a DT). They are just destructive.

I generally withhold judgement on our DL until I see what we do against the big mauling running games in the SEC, like LSU and Georgia.
We haven't really been tested yet.
Edit - I mean, I think the unit is very good, but we won't really know for sure until they get challenged, and although UK and UT are decent on the OL, UF won't face a really strong OL until probably Ole miss in week 5.

No need to wait....I put my stamp of approval on our DL back in the spring. To have a stout DL you must have depth in the SEC....cause if your starting four are awesome...they will get tired.

The LBs are awesome, Jarrad Davis (one of my favorite players since he was forced into starting in the Ga Southern game)Antonio Morrison, Daniel McMillian, Alex Anzalone, Jeremi Powell. It looks like Rolin is never going to recuperate fully...we will need to sign some good ones...we only signed one last year.
