honestly at this point in my life and with my experience with the system if a judge asked me if i wanted to be on probation or 3 years or go to jail for 6 months and be 100% flat when done i'd honestly take the 6 months.
probation will break you down lol. the drug tests, the PO meetings, the random arse pop up house inspections. I had to go 2 and a half years without going to a horse track and that was worse than prison to me, me and my PO almost got in a fist fight because i wanted to go to the Arkansas derby lol. Plus your'e going to do every day of that 3 year probation whereas 6 months you're probably going to do 2 months and the rest on probation which i can handle 4 months probation.

Being on paper isn't so bad since I changed and started living right. Yeah there's a lot of stupid rules to follow and the system is set up to make you fail but it is doable.
