Quincy Mauger is the definition of average. He's better than 6 or 7 other safeties in the league, but 6 or 7 other safeties are better than him.

Remember the 3rd and Grantham vs Nebraska? That was Mauger's missed tackle at the sideline. He had a nice square angle on him too, and just whiffed it.

He has made some really good plays too.. not saying he sucks.


I'm saying he's average. Just like I said in OP.
