LSU vs FSU football programs
FSU has the edge when both Miami and Florida are down. They become An elite tier1 program when this occurs and will challenge for Natl titles.
When 1 of the 2 is viable LSU gains the edge. When the other 2 are elite FSU is just another team.

all 3 have been elite at the same time, but i get what youre saying, lsus place in a state like louisiana is appealing.
