Here are stats from the game:

FIRST DOWNS TOTALS Bama 26 UGA 18
FIRST DOWNS BY RUSH 18 6
YARDS RUSHING TOTALS 350 113
TIME OF POSSESSION 37:35 22.25
TURNOVERS 2 1

Total domination by Bama....again my point is that you cant allow 350 yds rushing and think you could win. Bama had Yeldon & Lacey both gain over 150 yds each.

I agree the game was back and forth. Definitely a battle..

UGA was right there at the end.... :14 seconds left on the 5. Once again opportunity lost.

Bobo did not have his QB prepared. End of story. Not really the end because we suffered the same BS Vs SC last year. Bonehead.

Well, we did.

And we almost did. Facts are facts. Should we have been in the game? An argument could be made that we should not. However, the fact is, we made some timely plays that kept us in the game.

An argument could also be made that you can't lose the turnover battle and expect to win in a championship game.

Well we were right there at the end, so yeah we can expect to win. You know why? Because a touchdown at the end wins the game. Your logic just doesn't make sense. The game is determined by points, not by rushing yards or time of possession.
