I'm not sure how solid rice is this year but the rice of a couple of years ago sure could beat them.

I don't know if Vegas has put out a line on this one yet, or not. If Rice comes away with a victory, would you really call it an upset given how the Horns looked? An upset perhaps, but not exactly inconceivable.
