Oregon and WVU were the most glaring example of how much owning the TOP can play in your favor. LSU just wore them the frick down and turned close games into blowouts. You're also rarely going to find yourself out of a game if you can control the clock effectively. People wonder why Miles has been able to win so many ugly games. It's because LSU always runs the ball between the tackles well and eats up clock, wearing other teams down.
