Wow, she sounds like she is gunning to get you out of their lives. Not a lawyer and usually hate to waste money on them...but this can not end well and I would get on the phone bright & early tomorrow and secure legal counsel.
***I have an ex who would like nothing better to get me out of the equation and all her efforts have completely back fired over the past 13 years. So much so, that my son, now 15 years old, has decided he wants to come live with me and we are starting the legal process, which she is fighting, to make it happen.

Today my oldest said he wants to come live with me when he's older. He may just be saying those things because he's smart and knows it would make me feel good to hear it. Either way, I'm scared shitless at the accusation, the newest one anyway, she has a giant history with making claims about people to try to get her way.

I tend to agree with that,, this is the kind of incident that new-age leftardgressive aholes love to try to twist into something that it isn't.
