I do think we have the best back 7 we have ever had, and we're deep. DL worries me though. We've just had massive losses the last couple of years AND we lose two starters before the season even starts. If I had to count one one coach to make due with that situation, it's Kul though.

The offense is what really concerns me. Mauk is inconsistent, depth behind Hansbrough is a question mark, almost no experience at WR, and even though we have an experienced OL the coaches can't seem to settle on who will play where?

Not to mention losing Murphy who was a game changer in a lot of areas for us.

all they're doing is the 2% tweaking Pinkel talks about, the only question is who starts at right tackle, in years past we would have "made do" with whoever is next in line but now we'be got the two high end Juco's who are both tackles, plus Rhodes, and we have a lot of good young guys behind the older ones. We actually have a lot of depth at OL, this is a strength for the team, we needed it, and like magic, there it is.

Sure Murphy was good but I'm not at all worried about RB depth, it's there and it's good, this another great, overlooked position coach Jones gets it done, year in and out, and Doherty looks exactly like the high skill all purpose player Murphy was, I want to see this kid play now before he gets away.

Mauk has already talked up Brown and Moore since Media Days and they are going to start, this team is loaded with the usual receiver talent, we even have one taller than DGB. People act like we've never replaced a DE or WR, and in truth it's happened every year!
