I walked like a mile on the beach today. It doesn't sound like much but, with the ice melting, the return was at a pretty good clip.

The bartender at the hotel beach bar handed me a fresh one right as I got back. He said I deserved it so there is that.

today's workout was legs and shoulders

spent two hours in the gym

5 sets for each exercise. pyramiding reps of 8, 6, 4, 2, 10

exercises in this order
quadriceps
smith machine squats down to bench
leg presses
regular olympic bar squats
leg extensions

hamstrings
standing leg curl
lying leg curl
romanian dead lifts

calfs
sitting calf raises

shoulders
machine lateral deltoid raises
one arm side cable lateral raises
smith machine standing upright rows
behind the back smith machine shrug
cable front raises
machine military presses
cable deltoid flys

eta
also at the end, two sets of 20 cable rope crunches and two sets of 10 hanging leg raises on the olympic rings

after
protein isolate cake batter flavor + scoop of glutamine supp in 10 oz water
scoop of carbolean mix in 32 oz of water
handful of walnuts

it's too late to type out my workout for my other days
