ummmmmmm, kinda hard to win at at a school like Missouri or in the Mid West. Oklahoma can piggy back off of Texas.
Nebraska did it for awhile back in the day, but they are a far cry from the glory days.
I would say he is a 2nd tier Coach. Not in the class of Saban, Meyer, Chip Kelly (When he coached college), but can't think of anyone outside of that group I would just jump at the chance of taking over him.
