We all know AU spent around $90mm on the new Arena. I've been to the Arena a few times and it's damn nice, I had a great time.
Just wondering when was the last time AU spent that kind of money on JHS? The '04 expansion?
My bad, just thought you were questioning the will to spend that much money by another school. AU hasn't done anything of substance since the last upper deck expansion (1980s), but now are able to concentrate on some of those issues. Very foolish for schools to bank the SECN money for a rainy day. It will be an arms race from now on. The race will not be a "bigger is better" issue.
