Flags don't affect my life. If the flag is changed or the issue dies down unresolved, my life will not be affected. So really, I couldn't give two shits either way.

It's like the Colonel Reb petition. If he comes back, great. If he doesn't, my Grove and gameday experiences shall not be altered.

It doesn't offend me, but then again I'm a white, Christian, heterosexual male from a successful and educated Southern family, so I'm not exactly in the demographic of those that are offended by it. There's not much in mainstream society that offends my demographics. I'll give someone shite for saying GD because I don't like it and it's like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. Same goes for when I hear someone say "retard." I am fortunate enough to not have that condition nor does anyone in my family, but I work a lot with special needs children and find it pompous and arrogant to poke fun at such amazing people.

Sorry for ranting, TL;DR is I'm a crackerass so I'm not offended by the flag, but I could not care less what happens to it either way. My great-great-grandaddy REL would be so ashamed
