It's not far from my office but I have never gone in there. Is it any good? Looks a little sketchy from the outside.

Yes, it's probably the best food in Key West. I have a few more but, it's a small island so discovery is limited. 
Okay, on Saturday drive over the six mile and hit the Cracked Conch for breakfast... Broiled fish and eggs with the Phili corned beef hash is indescribably good.
