If you want to lose weight then eat Greek yogurt for breakfast and tuna for dinner. Eat food with lots of protein.

I eat two cups of Greek yogurt with berries a day. It's one of those healthy foods I actually look forward to eating. Thank goodness for Costco's Kirkland brand... $6.50 for two quarts.
