Honestly I don't know what or who to believe. I do know one person with a legit wheat allergy and thru her I have discovered just how many foods contain wheat.

Yeah I have spent the past week just observing what foods have wheat in them. Holy shite. My entire pantry is pretty much wheat. I think at least a third of the refrigerator is. They don't lie when they say it's in everything. Even cans of soup have wheat in them.
