How could you not include schools like LSU (in the most unbiased way), Oregon, Tennessee,...?

LSU is actually a top 10 job in my opinion.

Oregon is based on a pretty gimmicky offense, and it attracts a very specific type of coach. Recruiting in Oregon is probably lower third of all states.

Tennessee probably top 15, but I think the dumpster-fire nature of the last decade has really affected national perception. No one was beating down their door for the last two openings. If Texas and USC are hiring, it's a stampede.

I wasn't even necessarily disagreeing with his list, just his logic. He pretty much solely based his argument off of being "THE" state institution, and not having to fight too hard for in state recruits yet his top two were Texas and USC which obviously have many other great institutions to compete with in state.
